1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3. Account Rules and Responsibilities

Each player may hold only one active account on goot11. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where goot11 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any funds — including winnings accumulated during the period of duplicate account operation — may be voided at goot11's discretion.

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. goot11 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify goot11 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Notification must be made via the live chat support function available on the platform. goot11 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported security incident.

4. Deposits

goot11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected major Bangladeshi bank transfers including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as listed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit by default, though goot11 may apply deposit ceilings to specific accounts as part of responsible gaming controls or as directed by its internal compliance procedures.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are prohibited. 5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on goot11 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is maintained as an anti-money-laundering safeguard. Where your most recent deposit method is no longer active or available, you must contact goot11 support to arrange an alternative withdrawal route subject to additional identity verification.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
